Do you also ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our products globally! We use the DHL International Premium Service for deliveries. For detailed shipping costs, please visit our Shipping page.
For orders within the EU, prices are displayed inclusive of the taxes applicable in the respective member country. If you're ordering from outside the EU, we don't charge any taxes.
However, please be aware that your country might have its own taxes and potentially customs duties. It's advisable to check with your local authorities about these charges before placing your order. This way, you can avoid unexpected costs and receive your order without any worries.

How quickly will my order be shipped?
All products you find available in our store are usually in stock. This means if you order between Monday to Friday before 4 pm, or before 11 am on Saturdays, we do our best to dispatch your order the same day, ensuring you get a swift delivery
On rare occasions, when we have a known restock date for items currently out of stock, we might offer them for pre-order. You can find the exact restock date directly on the product page. Such pre-orders are promptly shipped as soon as we receive the items in our warehouse.
Please note, we don't do partial shipments. We only dispatch an order when all items in that order are ready to ship.
Do you also offer express shipping?
Yes, for deliveries within Germany, we offer express shipping in partnership with DHL Express. This service guarantees a delivery time of just one business day.
If you choose this option and order from Monday to Friday before 4 pm, your order will be dispatched on the same day and is guaranteed to be delivered on the following business day. Please note that Saturday is not a regular delivery day for DHL Express.

How can I check the status of my order?
