This page has everything you need to set up your Cronus Zen to a PS5 & DualSense controller. You must use the latest Zen Studio Build, and Zen's firmware must be upgraded to 2.2.10.

🚫 Important

Every setting on this page for the PS5 must be applied before using a GamePack. If you fail to match ANY of these settings, the GamePack WILL NOT WORK!

Also make sure the DualSense controller is fully charged when using with Cronus Zen as there might not be enough power to charge the controller.

NOTE: These steps must be done every time you restart your PS5.

To play with a DualSense Edge on a PS5 using a Cronus Zen, you'll also need a standard DualSense controller to A1.

  1. 1 Connect a standard DualSense Controller directly to your PS5.
  2. 2 Go to Settings > Accessories > Turn Off Accessories > Select the DualSense controller so that it turns off.
  3. 3 Unplug the DualSense from the PS5 and connect it to Zen's A1 USB port.
  4. 4 Connect the Zen to the PS5 from its rear CONSOLE/PC USB port and wait for 10 secs.
  5. 5 That's it! 🙂
  6. 6 DUALSENSE EDGE & CROSSOVER: If you are using a DualSense Edge, or any other brand of controller, a standard DualSense® must always be connected to A1, and the controller you wish to game with then connects to USB ports A2 or A3.

Dualsense Edge Curve

If you are using a DualSense Edge controller, you must change the built-in Right Stick Sensitivity/Deadzone settings to default or it will break Anti-Recoil (all the sensitivity/curve settings are handled by the GamePack)

  • Go to Settings > Accessories.
  • Select DualSense Edge Wireless Controller > Custom Profiles
  • Select Create Custom Profile, call it 'BEAM2.0', then select OK.
  • Select the profile you created and...
  • Right Stick Sensitivity Curve: Default
  • Curve Adjustment: 0
  • Deadzone Adjustment: 0%
